The Employment Broker Service provides employment interventions and support to homeless and vulnerably housed people, delivered in partnership with Nottingham City Council and Housing Aid. The service supports homeless people to identify their barriers to work and to develop work ready skills, secure employment and supports them whilst in work. 

Your role will involve assessment, action planning, motivation and goal setting, ongoing caseworking, and providing activities that improve client’s employability.  You will need an inclusive and non-judgmental approach to ensure that the very best service is provided for our clients.  You must have excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to motivate people.  You must have good administration & organisational skills.
