Central Access Point (CAP)

The Central Access Point (CAP) provides a fast and effective referral service for applications to floating support and accommodation services in Nottingham City, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Doncaster.  You can refer yourself, or have a referral made on your behalf by a support agency you are working with.
