House-hold Floating Support

This service is a mental health specialist service, which can be accessed in all seven areas of the county - Ashfield, Bassetlaw, Broxtowe, Gedling, Mansfield, Newark & Sherwood and Rushcliffe.

Service information
House-hold offers flexible housing-related support to people in Nottinghamshire, who are living in their own homes but experiencing mental health difficulties. Framework provides support in conjunction with statutory mental health services to help develop the skills needed to maintain service users' homes.

Referral process
Contact your local office (see below) from Monday-Friday 9am-5pm for a referral and assessment form. We accept self referrals and referrals from statutory sector agencies. Self referrals also need background information from relevant statutory workers. Most referrals come from Community Mental Health Teams and Assertive Outreach Teams.
