- provide emergency accommodation, day centres and street outreach support for people in emergency need
- house people in specialist services and start tackling the reasons they became homeless in the first place - like substance misuse or poor mental health
- prevent people from becoming homeless by working with vulnerable people in their own home to tackle the issues which cause homelessness
- give vulnerable people the opportunity to learn, train and develop the skills they need to move away from homelessness forever.
