Volunteers and trainees are supported to work in a professional, high quality paining and decorating business, working as a team to complete a schedule of jobs.

This opportunity is suitable fo rpeople who have:

  • Completed Prep-it painting and decorating course offered at The Workshop
  • A work history in painting and decorating
  • A painting and decorating qualification.

Volunteers wil gain:

  • A current work history
  • A reference
  • Support to find paid employment.

Who can apply?

To be able to apply for this course you must be:

  • Aged 16 or over
  • Able to make a regular time commitment
  • Able to travel to each job independently
  • Able to work in small groups
  • Physically capable of the tasks.
