The Service User Advisory (SUA) Group consists of Framework service users, ex-service users and members of the Board. The group meets at least once every three months. The purpose of the group is to ensure that the Board hears directly from the people that Framework supports about their experience of using our services, what we do well and where we can improve.
People that use, or have used, our services are elected to the group by a process that is overseen by Framework’s Client Commission and the Board. New members are selected every year. This ensures that the group incorporates the widest possible range of service users and their experiences of the organisation.
The SUA Group has an advisory role and makes reports and recommendations on service delivery to the Board and the Senior Management Team. The activity of the group covers all aspects of service delivery, such as:
