Framework welcomes all feedback from service users and carers. We believe they are the people best placed to help us to continuously improve the quality and relevance of services and the experience of service users and should be viewed as partners in the management and development of the organisation.
Framework believes that involving service users in decision making about the organisation is consistent with the ethos of our service delivery. We work to build confidence in our service users and give them back control over their lives.
