WiSE

An employment programme for unemployed people who want to work in the voluntary sector. It is open to anyone who is currently using or has used any support services.

WiSE aims to:

  • Help people develop the skills and confidence they needs to prepare them for a real working environment
  • Increase the number of service users and former service users who work for Framework
  • Give service users the opportunity to give something back to support services that have helped them
  • Lead by example by employing current and former service users.
