Service information
STAR provides accommodation and support for people with mental health problems. The project aims to help residents move on to live in a more independent setting with continued outreach provision. Round the clock support is provided to help those who are experiencing enduring mental health problems; the service also manages a number of move-on flats which offer a lower level of support to clients. STAR works in partnership with Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust.

Referral process
All referrals need to be made through the ‘Continuing Care Panel’ based at Westminster House (Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust).
