Chatsworth House provides unfurnished self contained accommodation for single people aged 18 and over who require help and support to maintain their independence. The flats are in one complex and have 24 hour waking staff cover. Staff provide support with benefits, budgeting, life skills development, accessing training and education, and liaison with other agencies. Priority is given to people with a local connection to Sutton in Ashfield.

Self or agency referrals are accepted. Phone, call in (9am-5pm) or write. The service is located at: Chatsworth House, Chatsworth Street, Sutton In Ashfield, NG17 4FR.
Applicants must complete East Midlands Housing Association application form (subject to credit check) and a Chatsworth House application form.
