Bitesize is a social enterprise whose aim is to support its volunteers and trainees to run a catering business to deliver buffets to Framework and external customers within the Mansfield area. The service is open to anyone interested in a career in catering or in improving their cooking skills. All volunteers will have to successfully complete a Food Hygiene Certificate and a Health and Safety Certificate.
