As part of Nottingham's Mental Health Awareness Weeks, 7th - 18th October, we will be hosting a film season in partnership with Broadway Cinema.

Four films will be shown during the weeks to explore, challenge and encourage conversations around mental health.

Each film will be introduced by someone associated to the specific film, have lived experience of mental illness or a professional working in mental health services.

The films include:

Following the film there will be a Q&A session with Jo Mcauley who will be sharing her lived experience of depression and anxiety, which parallels to the themes in the film.

Jo will also speak about the services that she has accessed to support her mental health, the monthly Kick Back Club she runs at the Divine Coffee House and the Facebook group Recovery Crew.
